About Us

Harrispark Properties is a Raleigh, North Carolina full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in property management, real estate leasing of industrial/flex properties, and general commercial brokerage. The firm was started in 1980 by Larry Harris, who was responsible for the development of all (9) of our unique Harris parks.

The Harrispark Property team consists of two members:

Scott Jurgensen has been with Harris Wholesale since 1990, joining Harrispark Properties in 1998 running the day-to-day operations of the firm as Managing Broker. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the local Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, and former member of the City of Raleigh Planning Commission.

Mikels & Jones Properties (919-781-9998) is responsible for the monthly rent collections, property accounting, and general maintenance.
